Suite #7 is a detached, single-level two-bedroom home on a quiet one-acre property four miles west of downtown Wasilla. It is the one we recommend for work trips: a laptop-friendly desk, fast WiFi that guests rate 10 out of 10, and a location with no through traffic and no shared walls.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom on a single ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is what makes a two-week assignment cost a fraction of a hotel with a mini fridge.

Shared outdoor space includes the on-site sauna, a fire pit, picnic area and garden seating — worth knowing about even on a work trip. Guests here consistently rate the quiet, and there is no shared wall with another unit, so early calls and late calls both work.
The in-suite washer and dryer is the detail that makes longer assignments viable. You can pack for four days and stay for three weeks, which is how most of our project guests end up using this suite.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Minimum age for check-in is 21.
Remote check-in means you can land late, drive up and let yourself in without coordinating with anyone. We are on message or text throughout if you need us, and check-in details come through a unique link on our website.
