Suite #3 is a detached, single-level three-bedroom home on a quiet one-acre property about four miles west of downtown Wasilla. It is the suite guests most often mention the northern lights in the yard faces away from town lighting, and between September and April the aurora is visible straight from the property on clear nights.

Sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it suits a family or a group chasing the lights without paying Fairbanks prices. Wasilla sits far enough north of Anchorage to get genuinely dark and close enough that a late flight is still an easy drive.
It is worth saying plainly that we do not control the sky. Some guests see nothing for three nights and then get an hour that justifies the whole trip.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Minimum age for check-in is 21.
Check-in and check-out are handled remotely, which matters in aurora season when you may be coming and going at odd hours. We are reachable by message or text throughout, and your access details arrive through a unique link on our own website.
